Online car park bookings and PCNs are managed by First Parking LLP, on behalf of Conference Aston.

Car Parking is £9.50 for a calendar day, between 00.00am to 11.59pm on the date(s) selected. Overnight guests should book from their arrival date to their departure date.

Electric Vehicles: A limited selection of EV charging bays are available within the car park on a first come, first serve basis. EV charging rates apply. 

Enter Your Details Above... Please enter your registration number without spaces (ie. A123XYZ) and enter N/A if no company is applicable. 

Confirmation: You will receive a WorldPay confirmation of your payment and a second email from First Parking with map, postcode and directions, along with the barrier entry code. (Please check your junk email folder if this is not received). The car park is controlled by VRN cameras; no permit is required.

Birmingham Clean Air Zone: The car park is within the Clean Air Zone. Check if charges apply at: Brum Breathes Website and ensure these are paid within the requested timeframe. 

Guests Using a Hire Car: You need the Vehicle Registration Number to book, please wait until you have this before booking. Online bookings can be made up to the day of arrival. Alternatively, you can make your way to nearby pay and display parking at Millennium Point which does not need to be pre-booked. 

Alternative Parking: If the car park is fully booked or you require a shorter stay, pay and display alternatives are available, visit www.conferenceaston.co.uk/howtofindus for further details.

Terms and Conditions
Car Parking is non-transferable and non-refundable. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
A valid VRN should be accurately entered onto the booking to ensure the vehicle is authorised in the vehicle parking software. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct VRN is registered when booking. 
Vehicles not registered with the online booking system or vehicles not parked in a bay marked "CA" will be subject to a parking charge notice. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they park only in parking bays marked "CA" within the designated car park.
