This is where parking can be booked for guests visiting the Conference Aston Hotel & Conference Centre on the Aston University Campus.

Online car park bookings and any parking charge notices are managed by a third party, First Parking, on behalf of Conference Aston.

How does it work?

  1. Enter your title, name and email address
  2. Input your company name if applicable. *Please type "n/a" if not applicable - ie hotel stay*
  3. Enter the Vehicle Registration Number of the vehicle you require parking for. (Without spaces)
  4. Select the dates you require car parking
  5. Scroll down, accept the terms and conditions and click the "Save" button.
  6. You will then be taken to the payment provider to make payment online.

You are then emailed a confirmation from both WorldPay and First Parking. The First Parking confirmation will contain the map, postcode and directions to the car park, along with the barrier entry code. The vehicle registration number entered during your booking is then used by onsite Vehicle Recognition Software to ensure vehicles are registered to park. No permit is required.

Car Park Prices:

Car parking is a fixed rate of £7.95 for a set 24 hour period starting at 00.00am to 11.59pm on the dates selected.  Parking is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Birmingham Clean Air Zone - NOW LIVE!
The Birmingham Clean Air Zone is active as of 00:00 on 1st June 2021. The Conference Aston Hotel and car park is located within the Clean Air Zone. Please check if your vehicle will incur a charge at www.brumbreathes.co.uk and ensure any charges are paid within the requested time frame. 

Overnight Guests:

For guests staying overnight at the hotel, if you book your car parking for your arrival date only, please ensure you depart the car park no later than 8am the following morning.

If you require parking beyond 8am the following day, please adjust your end date accordingly.

What if I am hiring a car and do not have the registration number?

Our booking system requires a registration number to complete the booking in all instances. If you are hiring a vehicle and do not yet have this detail, we are unable to accept a booking in advance. You will need to book your parking after you have taken delivery of the vehicle so the vehicle registration number can be entered. You can book parking online, on the day, for the day, to allow flexibility for guests who may not have their vehicle until the day of travel.

Alternatively, you can make your way to the alternative pay and display parking at Millennium Point which does not need to be pre-booked. 

Alternative Parking:

If you do not require a full 24 hours car parking, or our car park is fully booked, the Millennium Point Car Park is available, 5 minutes’ walk from the venues on a pay and display basis.

Making your booking:

Please complete the details above to make your booking and ensure that you enter your vehicle registration accurately, as this is used by the patrol team to validate parking and charge notices issued for unregistered vehicles. You will be directed to WorldPay to make payment and complete your booking.

Confirmation of your booking:

On completion of your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email from WorldPay and a second confirmation email from the booking system with the car park entry code and directions.   

Please ensure you check your inbox and junk/spam folders for the parking confirmation email as sometimes it can be caught in email filters.

Terms and Conditions
Car Parking is non-refundable. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
A valid VRN should be accurately entered onto the booking to ensure the vehicle is authorised in the vehicle parking software. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct VRN is registered when booking. 
Vehicles not registered with the online booking system or vehicles not parked in a bay marked "CA" will be subject to a parking charge notice. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they park only in parking bays marked "CA" within the designated car park. 
A confirmation email will be generated upon payment being confirmed. This will contain the car park entry instructions and a link to the PDF map.
